Last week we had an eventful 116 mile bike ride covering 4 shires. Our journey took us through Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Herefordshire. We have  learnt a few things from this ride to take in to our challenge. A few crashes, starting to fast and a bit of dehydration are all part of the learning curve for this challenge .This week we are off to Abergavenny to walk some hills and ride our bikes.
